HOW DO I WORK OUT MY RING SIZE?
The best way to determine your ring size is by visiting your local jeweller and having them measure it for you. If this option is unavailable, you can do it yourself.
Take a strip of cardboard and wrap it around your finger, marking where the ends meet. Unfold the cardboard, measure the length in millimeters, securely tape the ends, ensuring a comfortable fit on your finger.
Use the measurement to find the corresponding size using our sizing chart.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We cannot be held responsible if the ring doesn't fit due to an incorrect size you provided. For items from our stock (non-custom), we're happy to exchange it for the right size at no extra cost, but you'll be responsible for the shipping. If it's a custom piece, resizing prices start at R200 for sterling silver rings and R300 for gold.

STORAGE
When not wearing your sterling silver and gold jewellery, store it in the jewellery box provided, away from direct sunlight.
TARNISHING
Tarnishing occurs when your jewellery is left sitting in a box or drawer for extended periods. The best way to keep your jewellery tarnish-free is to wear it as often as possible, as our body's natural oils will help keep it shining.
AVOID CONTACT WITH CHEMICALS
Keep your jewellery away from household chemicals, heavily chlorinated pools and perfumes. Chemicals in these substances accelerate tarnishing and can even turn your jewellery black. If you find yourself in this situation, you can leave your jewellery with us, and we will restore it to its natural shine free of charge.
GOLD-PLATED JEWELLERY
To prolong the life of your gold-plated jewellery, remove it when showering and exercising. However, jewellery can easily be re-plated and polished to look brand new. So, when your piece eventually starts to fade, get in touch with us for re-plating.
LEAD TIME
To uphold our commitment to the highest quality standards, we kindly request a processing and manufacturing period of 10 to 15 working days for all our jewellery. While our ready-to-shop pieces are treated as 'made-to-order,' if the item is in stock, we'll dispatch it at the earliest convenience.
HOW THE ENGRAVING PROCESS WORKS
If you selected and paid for engraving, we will contact you to discuss the design. You'll receive a selection of fonts to choose from. After you pick a font, we will laser engrave your ring with your design and ship it to you.
